This is not a good tool at this point. There is a ‘get recommended adjustments’ tab that does absolutely nothing. Frequently, the tool doesn’t even properly interface with the Pro software and there isn’t adequate support for the product

Hi Matt, Question? I recently took 300 comp photos for a market I often work and labeled them. Is there a way I can download these 300 sales from MLS and import these into Comp Manager? I understand I would need to manually add the comp photos. Thank you.

I had a chance to use the Appraise it pro for the last two days out of necessity due to the ACI being down. In my honest opinion, Appraise it pro is a complete garbage.

Measuring chord length - measure from the inside and just add the thickness of the wall.

For a tech company your videos are pretty lame. You can’t edit out the 5 minute intro? I would have edited the muted mic gaf as well.

Great Tips, Matt! Absolutely agree 14 Pro or Pro Max rivals a DSLR. It’s easy to shoot and zoom in and out one-handed on an iPhone by pressing and holding the “1” button, or 2 or 3. The new “3” button on v14 is handy for street signs and addresses on homes. I used a 12 Pro Max for 2.5 yrs and it was amazing for appraisal photos. The 14 Pro Max is even better. The PhotoSync app is great for transferring photos from iPhone or iPad to PC, very quickly. For dark weather days, quickly changing exposure to 1.3 helps lighten photos. For interior to 0.7 helps lighten as well. Saves time in post-processing. The old Microsoft Live Photo Gallery software helps batch straighten and lighten photos. Riot software helps batch compress photos from day 5-10mb to say 68kb each without a loss in the quality of the image.

Thank you, Matt, great video. The Market Research Data sheets should include the address of each sale or listing being analyzed and these do not. What’s the point of adding these to a report when there’s no address reference? Data analysis in appraisals is supposed to be reproducible for Reviewers. The fact that they don’t include addresses is an oversight in programming. I understand it’s a lot to fit on 1 line across. Thank you.

I don't see much change from Classic to Pro, I don't see any benefit, no time saved, it works the same as classic. Now if there are shortcuts, any benefit, I have yet to find them. I do not see any time saving features. If you have Classic, keep it. I have been a customer since 1993, the support staff are always willing to help and easy to get in touch with, but even they won't tell you the benefit, you have to catch a live video from Matt and he does not return emails and will not speak with any customers, nor help with any features, as if he is a spokesperson only. Sorry Matt, I have emailed multiple times, called, and asked questions during your video presentations with no response, no help. Matt pushes the benefit of Windows and I really don't want to do business with Microsoft any longer so I have no idea if the platform even works with Apple or how well, but I dislike Microsoft and especially El Diablo Bill Gates. Worst part is, you can go from Classic to Pro, but you can't go from Pro to Classic, so either I lose all my reports or keep paying. I hate saying these words because I have been a satisfied long-time customer, but since all I get is silence and no real help, it is what it is.

Matt, is really like to consider using an I pad or a tablet, will sfrep and spec work with either and take pics, sketch, etc, and can I transfer that into my windows computer?

What is AGDA and where does the info come from.

We users would like the "Type" box added to Pro with the same options we've had since at least 1991 of "Overwrite" or "Append". By default, F-keys in Pro are set to "Append" meaning when I'm in the Porch field and hit F3, "Porch" appears. But, if there's 2-3 Porches and I hit F4 for Porches, the Porch field now reads, "PorchPorches". In Pro, if I hit the F5 key for None, the Porch field now reads, "PorchPorchesNone". It just keeps appending and slows us down having to clear the appends and retype the field. This is the reason I don't use Pro to fill out Page 1 of the form. Give us back our option to set F-Keys to overwrite or append. Thank you.
